Development control actuator

At the request of a German client UniteQ has developed a new control actuator for the turbine industry. This actuator can drive a turbine valve with dynamic and static position control.

During the engineering process, the actuator was fully calculated, drawn in 3D, and certified with SIL (functional safety). In addition, a prototype was built to test the actuator after the high qualifications of the customer. For example, a 24 hour test was performed at different temperatures.
