Development of gas dryer & oil atomizing gas filter

In April 2014 UniteQ engineered for a customer in China gas dryers and oil atomizing gas filters for high pressure systems.

The UniteQ gas dryer subtracts fluids out of a gas by means of a disiccant, in order to prevent damages to the system such as corrosion.

The UniteQ oil atomizing gas filter extracts solid particles out of a gas and adds oil for the lubrication an conservation of the system. The filter rating of the oil atomizing gas filter is 50 micron.

UniteQ engineered and tested both products. When both products passed the test the first series were produced. The timeframe of the whole process was only 2 months.
