Pneumatic valve actuators

To select the correct actuator type we work with four starting points, force, speed, accuracy and safety. When dealing with lower forces, the pneumatic actuator often is the correct solution.

UniteQ has an innovative manifold design, for the control system of your pneumatic actuator. We no longer work with separate components that are connected to each other with piping. Instead, our drives have a manifold block. This design is compact, has a higher operational reliability (fewer leakage points) and is cost-efficient. High costs for couplings and the time-consuming bending of pipes are a thing of the past.

Based on the forces and speeds required by the main valve, we select the correct actuator shape and size for you. The actuator is equipped with the correct control manifold. Depending on the functionality we add an air filter regulator, positioner, lock-up valve, etc.

When you need a higher safety, we offer a mechanical safety function (spring package) or a pneumatic safety function (accumulator). In addition, redundancy is an important aspect of a safe actuating system. That is why we have a line of manifolds with different redundancy levels (1oo1, 1oo2, 1oo3, 2oo3). We can supply a SIL calculation (SIL2 or SIL3) with all our actuators. If you go for the 1oo3 redundancy level, your actuator will comply with the pressure directive, and we can arrange TÜV acceptance and certification.
